This past week has been a very exciting one for the United Feet for the Street as more walkers have registered for the February 22 walk and more funds have been donated.
And we have an announcement for those who have registered as a walker with the team (or plans to) and also plans to attend the White Rock Concert being held the same evening. We’ve got you covered!! John Leighton is organizing an alternate walk on Friday, February 21, so you can fulfill your walking pledge. He has planned a 5 km route in the Crescent Beach area which will be completed by sunset. The CNOY walk will take place at the White Rock Promenade in the late afternoon on February 22. Team members will be kept up to date about when and where to meet by team captain Carol Monaghan.
