We're thrilled you're here! We know that making a first visit to a church can sometimes feel a bit scary—whether you have previous exposure to church or not—but it doesn’t have to be! Our goal is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where you feel right at home.
Relax - we're all about being casual here! Our service format is more like a guideline than a strict rulebook. You can dive in and participate as much or as little as you like; it's totally up to you! If you have any questions or need anything at all, just give us a shout - we're here to lend a hand!
The best way to get a feel for Peninsula United Church is to chat with the folks here. Our community is like a big, friendly family—diverse, welcoming, and not at all cookie-cutter. We've got different backgrounds, thoughts, and questions, but when Sunday rolls around, we all come together to worship as one big happy bunch.
Don't be shy about striking up a conversation with our minister, leaders, or the friendly faces in your row! Keep an open mind and heart, and let the Spirit guide your experience!
Our Sunday 10 AM service at Crescent site on 127th Street is also streamed on our YouTube Channel, @PeninsulaUnitedChurch, for those who are physically ill or have an incapacity to go to church.
Children’s Room, with toys, books and craft materials, is available for parents to supervise their children.
