We’d like to inform you of Mykhailo’s updated regular working hours:

  • Tuesdays: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Thursdays: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As our Property Caretaker, Mykhailo remains flexible to accommodate event needs, so you may see him around outside these hours as well.

If you have any property-related requests, such as event setup, custodial tasks, repairs, or general upkeep, please submit them using the Maintenance Work Order Form.
