Choir Not Choir

Peninsula United Church is working on a community engagement pilot tentatively named Choir Not Choir. Choir Not Choir is inspired by Choir! Choir! Choir!, an open-participation choir based in Toronto, Ontario where anybody who attends an event is welcome to sing as part of the choir.

This initial Choir Not Choir event is planned for Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at the Camp Alex Family Fun Night. The choir is led by Lonnie Delisle (music director at Peninsula United Church) and is open to anyone who loves to sing. The event runs from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. 

Registration info for people who want to enjoy a hot meal, drinks, and dessert at Family Fun Night:

• Adults $12, children $8
• You do not need to pay or register if you do not eat (you can bring your own picnic food)
• Registration window: Thursday, August 1st to Tuesday, August 6th at noon
